Dear EPC Members,
The European PSK Club has the honour to invite the radio amateurs all over the world to participate in the CIS DX QPSK63 Contest 2009 (19/20 September). Since this year this contest is handled completely by the EPC. We would like to invite you to take part in the contest, the rules and other information can be found at www.cisdx.srars.org website. Please check the rules as there are important changes. It is strictly QPSK63 contest now, no other modes are allowed. The maximum output power is 100 watts. Georgia has been removed from the CIS Regions List. Moldova now has only 4 regions (MD01, MD02, MD03, and MD04). Kyrgyzstan has new additional territorial unit - Osh City (KG09). Please do not confuse this list with our EU Areas list, this is a completely different story.
